Clutch Click LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bloom: Devotional for Mothers mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Bloom is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. The App does not require user accounts or login.

The limited information we collect includes:

  • Anonymous Analytics Data: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics, such as which features are used and general app interaction patterns. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
  • Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Bloom, your payment is processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not have access to your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
  • Locally Stored Data: Journal entries, prayer entries, favorites, and reading progress are stored locally on your device using Core Data. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Information

  • To deliver and sync daily devotional content via Firebase Firestore
  • To manage your subscription status through RevenueCat
  • To understand how the App is used and improve the experience through anonymous analytics
  • To send local push notifications for daily devotional reminders (with your permission)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase Firestore (Google): Used to store and deliver devotional content to the App. Firebase may collect certain technical data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes anonymous subscriber identifiers. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
  • PostHog: Used for anonymous product analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The anonymous analytics data collected through PostHog is used solely for improving the App.

Data Retention

Locally stored data (journal entries, prayer entries, favorites, and reading progress) remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained for a reasonable period to analyze usage trends and improve the App.

Push Notifications

Bloom may send local push notifications to remind you of your daily devotional. These notifications are generated locally on your device and can be managed through your device's notification settings at any time.

Children's Privacy

Bloom is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. Locally stored data can be deleted by uninstalling the App. You may opt out of anonymous analytics by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
