Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloom: Devotional for Mothers mobile application (the "App") provided by Clutch Click LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Terms

Bloom offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium content. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free Trial

Bloom offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the free trial, you will have full access to premium content at no charge. If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.

You may cancel the free trial at any time by managing your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.

Content

The App provides daily devotionals, scripture readings, guided prayers, and journaling prompts (collectively, "Content"). All Content is provided for inspirational and informational purposes and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Clutch Click LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content from the App without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clutch Click LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

The App and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple's Standard EULA

These Terms are supplemental to, and do not replace, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's terms shall govern to the extent required. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
